2. Preparing for Monday– On Sunday, if you’re sitting there unsure of what to do, try preparing outfits for the school week. You can also think of lunch ideas for the week. Be creative with your meal and outfit choices. From someone who is good at picking outfits beforehand…Here is a quick tip. Try picking a different colored outfit every day. If you need to repeat an outfit, wear it once at the beginning of the week, and once towards the end of the week.

3. Wake up Early– Try to go to bed on time and wake up early. Once you wake up, you should download the calm app on any available mobile device and meditate for 10-15 minutes! Go on to YouTube and search up 15–20 minute Yoga videos.

4. Yoga: Yoga helps you gain energy throughout the day and helps you calm your nerves.

5. Listen to music: Before going to bed Sunday night, listen to music that you know will improve your mood. Try the same thing when you wake up on Monday.
