Northwest Horizons

Megan Harkey
I am Megan Harkey, sophomore and staff writer at Northwest Horizons newspaper. Ever seen the 6' 5" girl lunging around campus? That's me! I play on the varsity girls basketball team and on the Dynasty girls AAU team. Joining the newspaper this year was a great decision because ever since I learned how to spell, I have loved writing and storytelling. Most importantly I come home from school every day to report about what happened during my day. Known for my great memory, I don't leave out a single detail. In my free time I play basketball, basketball, and more basketball. This is because I plan to play in college, my not so long-term goal since it's only two years away.
